Historical
Following the Steps of Sinan the Architect
Sinan built more than 300 structures across the empire in the 16th century and quietly invented the visual language of Ottoman Istanbul. We follow his career arc — from the early Şehzade Mosque through the contemplative side-streets of Vefa to his mature work at Süleymaniye, and finally to the tile-clad intimacy of Rüstem Paşa. A tour for anyone who loves architecture.
