Cancellation Policy

1. Confirming a booking
Tours are confirmed once full payment is received by wire transfer to the account details sent in your booking confirmation email. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
Payment deadline: If your tour date is more than 15 days away, the payment confirmation must reach us within 7 days of the booking. If your tour date is 15 days away or less, the payment confirmation must reach us within 2 days of the booking. Bookings without a payment confirmation received within these windows will be cancelled automatically.
2. Cancellations by you
- More than 7 days before the tour: full refund.
- Within 7 days of the tour: 100% cancellation penalty — no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
3. Date and time changes
Changes are subject to availability.
- If the new date is available: the change is made at no penalty.
- If the new date is not available and the request is made more than 7 days before the original tour date: the booking is refunded.
- If the new date is not available and the request is made within 7 days of the original tour date: 100% penalty applies — no refund.
- Once a change has been made within 7 days of the tour date, any subsequent cancellation is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event the Guide must cancel a confirmed tour (illness, family emergency), you will be offered (a) a full refund, or (b) rebooking on alternative dates, at your choice.
5. Force majeure
Events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, civil unrest, transport strikes, government restrictions or public health measures — are outside this cancellation policy. In such cases a full (100%) refund will be issued.
6. Refund processing
Refunds are made to the originating bank account within 14 business days of confirmation. Bank processor fees, where applicable, may be deducted.
