Bazaars of Istanbul
A walk through the two great covered markets of Istanbul. We start in the Grand Bazaar — 4,000 shops under one roof, organized by trade since the 15th century — and wander the hans, the jewelers' street and the antique dealers. Then down through the backstreets of Eminönü to the Spice Market (Mısır Çarşısı), where the air is thick with saffron, sumac and Turkish delight. We meet at Kahve Dünyası Café, just outside the Grand Bazaar.
